Special purpose audits

Utilizing our technical audit expertise and the business knowledge we have gained from understanding all aspects of our clients’ business we provide constructive advice on a wide range of matters.  

We often assist our clients with a number of non statutory audit assignments and other specific reviews to meet their specific requirements.

Examples of such audits include:

• Completion accounts prepared by reference to a sale and purchase agreement which is used to determine the final sales price.

• Financial and non financial information which does not fall under the requirements of Statutory Audit, including reports to regulators.

• Compliance with particular provisions of a contractual agreement, such as a loan agreement.

• Internal controls over the financial reporting process.
